At PRIMAL Kitchen we have a chef-driven passion for meat. Our menu celebrates the animal with expertly prepared items using primal cuts,
whether it's our house-made charcuterie selection, beer-braised short rib or a juicy burger. Smoked, cured and butchered - we do it all here.
The primal cuts of meat are the pieces initially separated from the animal during butchering. All the menu items at PRIMAL start with fundamental ingredients and are skillfully prepared. Along with charcuterie we feature raw items like oysters, entrées such as the beer-braised short rib, and unique desserts like the "s'more" with bacon marshmallow. We offer a primal and a charcuterie feature that change weekly.
We are also passionate about the outstanding local craft beers being produced in Nova Scotia. We offer four rotating craft beers on tap, and six by the bottle as well as a substantial wine list featuring several Nova Scotian wines.
